How long will my item take to ship?
If your item is in stock, it will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number within 2 days.
If your item is out of stock, you will receive an email from me advising the expected ship date. If this is more than 4 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
What if the person I buy this for would prefer a different item?
No worries! Contact me at [email protected] with your order number and I will be happy to give you return information and a coupon code for the purchase price.
The returned item must not have been worn and I reserve the right to make the determination if an exchange will be granted. It is rare to not be granted an exchange.
Exchanges can also be made in-store at 9 Riverside Drive in Asheville, NC.
What does non-tarnish copper mean?
My copper is highly polished then sealed with a special product that creates a bond with the copper. It is shiny, scratch-resistant, and keeps your jewelry from tarnishing even after multiple washes with hand soap or other detergents.
Do not use any polishes or harsh chemicals on your jewelry! This will slowly wear away the seal and allow oxygen to access the copper (that is what causes copper to tarnish).
